Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid DHL or UPS shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact, and include the printed return packing slip.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
